How this data is collected

Requirements taken from official city sources, quoted and dated.

Sources

Every field comes from an official city page or municipal code. Blogs, law-firm articles and property-management guides are not used as sources. Each city page links the exact page the facts were read from, with the date it was checked.

What is not shown

A field that could not be confirmed on an official source is omitted entirely rather than shown as blank or "unknown". On a page about money and legal obligations, an empty value reads as a fact, and somebody will act on it.

Coverage

14 cities, long-term residential rentals. Short-term rental programmes are a separate set of rules and are not covered here.

Freshness

Each page shows the date it was verified. City fees and renewal cycles change; always confirm on the official page before acting.

This is a reference, not legal advice. City fees and rules change; confirm on the official page linked on each city before acting.

Managing rentals in more than one city?

The portfolio version covers every city you operate in, tracks renewal dates, and tells you when a city changes its fee or inspection cycle. Cities notify their own licence holders — nobody notifies you across all of them.

$149/month when it launches. Leave your email and you will be first in line — no charge until you say yes.
